What is the Keto Diet?

Eating a keto diet means you focus on keeping your net carb counts low. It’s similar to the Atkins 40 diet, but a little more strict when it comes to total carb counts.

Atkins: you can drink milk. Keto: you want to avoid it and choose almond milk due to the carb count.

That’s the kind of difference you’ll find.

If you need tips to start the keto diet for beginners, I’ve got those too!

But let’s get this Keto Green Bean Casserole started!
