Rewinding No. 15 Oregon Ducks’ blowout victory against Portland State (2024)

We were live from Autzen Stadium for No. 15 Oregon’s season opener against Portland State. The Ducks absolutely rolled against the Vikings, scoring early and often on the way to an 81-7 victory.

The Ducks have now won 19 consecutive home openers and 31 consecutive nonconference home games.

UO was favored by 48 points (odds by Caesars) for the game that kicked off at noon on Pac-12 Network.

Bo Nix was sharp, Troy Franklin scored two receiving touchdowns and Bucky Irving had two long touchdown runs. Jordan James also had three rushing touchdowns, and all of that was just in the first half. The score was 50-7 at halftime and the Ducks only poured it on from there.
